NoBoringBagsArt is an art and accessories brand rooted in textiles and embroidery, with a particular fascination for the unexpected life of ordinary objects.
Embroidery gives an image weight and relief. What might have been a decorative detail becomes the image itself – raised, tactile, sometimes almost sculptural. Elsewhere, illustration has its own say. Colour shifts the balance; scale changes the conversation.
Sometimes the result is a textile bag meant to be carried. Sometimes it belongs on a wall. Familiar forms are allowed to develop unexpected personalities. After all, a recognisable shape is no reason for a predictable outcome.
The forms may change, but the fascination with texture, colour, depth and what can happen on a surface remains. Whatever comes next, being forgettable is never part of the plan.

A tote bag has plenty of practical things to do. Being forgettable isn't one of them.
At NoBoringBagsArt, these everyday textile bags become a place for bold images, unexpected colour and embroidery that rises from the surface instead of disappearing into it. The design begins with a visual idea, and the embroidery gives it shape, depth and a presence of its own.
There is no single mood to Tote Bags. Some images are playful; others are graphic or more enigmatic. What unites them is the idea that usefulness and individuality needn't compete.
These bags are made to be carried, filled and used. They belong to everyday life, but they have no particular interest in looking ordinary.

Not every character in The Secret Life of Desserts begins on paper. Sometimes it begins behind a pastry counter.
A real tart, cake or éclair can step into the illustrated world of the collection and become a character of its own. Each partner patisserie brings something new into that world, while the visual language stays unmistakably part of the same series.
Each collaboration begins with real desserts from a partner patisserie, transformed into original illustrated characters for tote bags created especially for that location.
And the bags stay close to the desserts that inspired them – they are found in the partner patisseries themselves, not on this website.

I saw this bag on Facebook and immediately liked it. But I wanted the cat to look a little more like my own, so I asked if that was possible. And now I have a bag with my cat on it! I really love how it turned out. It's such a lovely feeling to have something made especially for me.

The stone embroideries of Nova Kakhovka in textiles
2022–2023
Twelve hand-embroidered textile panels reinterpret the architectural ornaments of Nova Kakhovka, Ukraine, transforming a city's historic reliefs into tangible works of art.
The original reliefs were created in the 1950s from designs by monumental artist Hryhoriy Dovzhenko, giving the city's buildings their distinctive lace-like character. Using punch-needle carpet embroidery, the project translates these motifs into tactile works up to two metres tall.
Presented across Europe, the series keeps an endangered part of Ukraine's cultural heritage visible beyond the city where it began.
